In the event of doubt, consent shall be deemed given if the person depicted has been remunerated for having their likeness taken. For the period of ten years after the death of the person depicted, consent of the depicted person's relatives is required. The surviving spouse or partner and their children, or , in absence of a surviving spouse, partner or child, the depicted person's parents are deemed relatives within the meaning of this law." I hereby assign the rights to my image to the City of Monheim am Rhein. The City of Monheim am Rhein shall ensure the protection of personal data and rights.
